This was my third stay at this hotel. I like the location being close to beach, the spacious apartments, all the staff from cleaners to managers are nice, helpful and professional, the food is very nice.. Even sunbeds were always available. I can't think of anything negative to say. We had little problems with WiFi, but only because they were installing the faster fiber optic broadband. We were there twice as group of friends and once as a couple. I'd recommend it.

We have just returned from an All inclusive holiday at Relaxia Lanzaplaya. We all had a brilliant time. 22 of us aged from 2, 11 and 17 through the 20s, 30s, 40s, 50, and 60s right up to 83!!! It is in a great location, just 5 mins walk from the main strip. You have everything you need on the complex but if you want to venture out you can. The apartments were a fab size and kept spotlessly clean. They have everything you need. The comfiest beds and pillows. Great air conditioning too. ALL the staff, dining room, reception, maids, bar, entertainment and chefs where brilliant. Very friendly and very helpful. The food choices available at all meals were amazing. It was all great quality , very tasty and plentiful. A lot of things were cooked fresh in front of you too. We would happily recommend to any of our other friends and family. €10 refundable towel hire worked well too.

This hotel is 100% accessible for wheelchair users, elevators, chair to get inside the swimming pool, ramps... It's close to the ocean and the beach has a ramp as well. It's a bit expensive for what it is. The room is full of small tiny problems, food and drinks are ok. As a vegetarian I was able to eat but without pleasure and I think that would be a big struggle for a vegan. I had a great time there, the staff is super nice.

If you love cockroaches, and next to nothing being done. This is your place. We did go to reception a bunch of times about our many issues. In the first 3 days our rooms weren't cleaned once. In our whole stay they didn't properly clean the floors. A cleaner told us to use poison on the cockroaches. The room that had the worst problem with cockroaches, had a different poison than our other rooms specifically for cockroaches. So the hotel was aware of them, and still they are renting that room out.

Cannot comment on rooms only had a quick look around as a friend is thinking of booking as I am here atm 🙃 😅 it looked very clean from what I could see and very central to the strip ,/the spar shop / Betty boops /an Irish bar 100 metres down the road from reception fantastic location no hills as such only a slight incline …

We have spent a week in this fabulous hotel, it is very close to the beach. The apartments were ready on our arrival, they are very well maintained and clean. The drinks at the pool bar had a good variety, they also have snacks for people with All Inclusive, the staff was lovely. We will recommend it to friends

The place is fabulous! Coming here more than 14 years. Wonderful staff, Lucia Petra Danielle and never forgetting the gentleman Raoul. Admal the restaurant manager is so lovely and always smiling. A very special thank you to Aday the lifeguard. He is so helpful jolly and friendly around the pool. Always a pleasure to get the great welcome from him when we arrive.

We have stayed at this hotel on a number of occasions and have found everything to be great, however the rooms are a little dark due to the floor tiles and the towels could be changed more frequently. We have also stayed at sister hotel and apartments Olivina and they are needing a major overhaul and will not be returning until this refurbishment has been completed. On this holiday we are staying at other apartments due to the unavailability of Lanza playa but have chosen to come here every day for lunch due to the varied lunch menu and great hospitality shown by aday and Dianna. Aday does not only provide life guard services to the hotel but is a major part of the snack bar services providing assistance to Dianna when required and providing great Spanish hospitality. We will continue to visit the Lanza playa whether for a stay in the apartments or for a lunch venue xx
